Landry's Restaurants is buying the Trump Marina Hotel Casino in Atlantic City for $38 million. They plan to convert the Trump Marina into the Golden Nugget of Atlantic City. Landry's intends to spend $150 million to convert the Trump Marina into a luxury resort.
