Louis C.K. is a stand up comedian, actor, television and film writer and director from Boston, Massachussetts.

Louis has performed his stand-up routines on numerous TV shows including: Late Show with David Letterman, Late Night with Conan O'Brien, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, and Jimmy Kimmel Live. When not doing comedy himself, Louis often writes comedy for others. Louis C.K. was a member of the original writing staff that launched the Conan O'Brien Show.

His many TV appearances include: HBO Half Hour Stand Special in 2005, "Comic Relief" HBO 2006, "Louis CK: Shameless" Hour Stand Up Special in 2007, "Lewis C.K. Chewed Up" Hour Stand up Special in 2008.

He recently directed a feature concert film called "Hilarious," of himself doing a comedy show in Milwaukee. It is shown on EPIX, a new pay TV channel.

Louis C.K. can often be found doing stand up comedy along the casino concert circuit. He often performs in Atlantic City.
