Dave Koz

Dave Koz is a saxophonist from California.

Dave learned to play the saxophone to gain entry into his big Brother's band. Later he served as a session musician in several bands but eventually decided to pursue a solo career. His self-titled debut album earned high praise from critics and fans alike. His later albums include "Lucky Man," "The Dance" and "Saxophonic." "Lucky Man" went gold and "Saxophonic" was nominated for both a Grammy Award and an NAACP Image Award.

In 2007, Dave released "At The Movies," a romantic celebration of timeless melodies from cinema, that spent eight weeks atop Billboard’s Top Contemporary Jazz chart. Capitol Records released "Dave Koz – Greatest Hits," his first-ever retrospective album, in the fall of 2008.

You can also hear Dave Koz on radio. The Dave Koz Radio Show, is a worldwide syndicated, 2-hour weekend radio show that features Dave as host interviewing top artists and playing his favorite music. The show is currently celebrating its 15th consecutive year on the air.

Dave also spends a good bit of time touring, and his tour stops include Atlantic City.
