Luis Fonsi is a Puerto Rican singer and composer. Although born in Puerto Rico, he is a graduate of the prestigious School
of Music at Florida State University.

In 1998, Fonsi's first CD, "Comenzaré" (I Will Begin) "Comenzaré" became an instant hit in Puerto Rico and across Latin America. His second album, "Eterno," was equally successful and it spread his fame to Spain and Europe. His sixth CD, "Paso a Paso," was also a big hit internationally.

In 2008 with "No Me Doy Por Vencido" (I Do Not Give Up), the first single from his album "Palabras Del Silencio," Fonsi rapidly scaled the charts in the U.S., Puerto Rico, Spain, Mexico and Latin America. The song debuted at Number Five on the "Most Listened to Latin Pop Chart" and was the Number One song on the radio in Puerto Rico, also cracking the Billboard's Top 100.

When not recording, Luis Fonsi spends much of his time touring. His tour stops include Atlantic City.
