Dion DiMucci, known professionally as Dion, is a singer, songwriter and musician who blended doo-wop, pop, rock & roll and R&B.

He got his start in the late 1950's playing with the doo-wop group Dion & the Belmonts. Hits he recorded with the Belmonts include: "I Wonder Why," No One Knows" and "Don't Pity Me."

Dion began his solo career in in 1960, and racked up a string of #1 hits that included "Runaround Sue," "Lovers Who Wander" and "The Wanderer." He followed these up with the hit's "Ruby Baby," "Donna the Prima Donna" and "Drip Drop." In 2002 he was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame for "Runaround Sue".

More recent albums by Dion include: "Bronx in Blue" released in 2006, and "Heroes: Giants of Early Guitar Rock" released in 2008. Over the years Dion has accumulated a large and appreciative fan base around the world. He continues to tour and he often performs in Atlantic City.
