Profile

Rodney Carrington

Rodney Carrington is a stand-up comedian and comic musician. In addition to recording six major-label albums of stand-up comedy and country music, Rodney Carrington was the star of the ABC television sitcom Rodney. Carrington is also a frequent guest on The Bob & Tom Show. He also appeared in the music video for Trace Adkins' 2007 single, "I Got My Game On", and starred alongside singer Toby Keith in the 2008 film Beer for My Horses.

With the jeans, shirt and cowboy hat, Rodney Carrington is not far from being a country singer - and he can sing as well as be funny. This guy can actually carry a tune - the comedy is in the lyrics. The way he sings with funny facial expressions is hilarious and his piano player sideman gets into the act as well by going off on tangents singing until Rodney stops him. If you are easily offended you may not like Rodney. Funny is funny, but if you can't handle profanity or sexual references he may not suit you.

Rodney Carrington often performs in Atlantic City.
